This post is about 2 months late, but here goes...
Ati's first Christmas with our family was celebrated in Spain!
Ati's first Christmas with our family was celebrated in Spain!
Miss Hannah joined our family for the festivities.
We enjoyed the Christmas concert at ECA... Caleb played Joseph.
We enjoyed keeping some favorite family traditions.
Christmas cookies
Watching "The Grinch" on Christmas Eve...
(a Bryant family tradition)
Opening stockings on Christmas morning, then waiting till much later in the day for presents...
(also a Bryant family tradition!)
Feasting on cinnamon rolls for Christmas breakfast...
(a Jackson family tradition)
But we also enjoyed a bit of Spanish flare added to our usual Christmas happenings...
The "Navi Bus" in Madrid:
We rode on the top of a blue tour bus to see the Christmas lights in Madrid,
as well as a gang of Santa bikers who randomly threw candy over the top of the bus...
Made the kids think of their Grandpa :)
We also enjoyed a puppet show in our own small town of Camarma!
And a picnic out in the hills behind our home.
Miles' public school put on a really cute Christmas show!
Miles is third from the left, top row...
probably just finished eating another bugger...
Then there was the exciting parade for "Three Kings Day" where apparently it's not uncommon to see one of the "Reyes Magos" riding on a Roman chariot!
Our first Christmas as a family of five.
God is good!
